The office is open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am -3:30 pm.  We are open on Fridays from 8:30am-4:00pm and are available to stay late by appointment only.

Q: How long does it take to receive a quote BPP for resurfacing or new construction?
Generally, we are able to meet with you to discuss your pool restoration or new construction plastering within a few days after you contact us. In most cases, we will provide a written quote within 24 hours of our initial meeting.

Q: How long after we accept your quote will the resurfacing project begin?
This will depend on the time of year. Usually, a resurfacing project will begin within one to two weeks of our quote acceptance. When the details of your project are finalized, you will be advised of your start date.

Q: Approximately how long will it take to resurface an existing pool?

An average resurfacing can usually be completed in five to ten days. If your renovation includes more extensive work, and coordination with other contractors, more time will be required.

Q: Approximately how long will it take to surface a new pool?
This depends on the size and detail of your pool, as well as the type of plaster you've chosen. Most pools can be plastered within five hours and the filling process begins immediately. If you chose our Select Natural Pebble finish, the application process is done on one day and a light acid wash is done the next day. After the acid wash is complete, the filling process begins.

Q: Is there a certain time of year that is best for pool remodeling?
Your swimming pool renovation can be done any time of the year. However, if the project is done in the winter months you'll enjoy uninterrupted swimming during the summer months.

Q: What are my payment options?
On a pool remodel project no money is due up front. One-half will be due after the pool preparation process is complete. The second half will be due upon completion. New construction plastering is due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. We do not accept any debit or credit cards.

Q: What is the life expectancy of my new swimming pool surface?
Depending on what type of surface, generally between ten to twenty years. Our office staff will be happy to explain the life expectancies for the different surfaces we offer.

Q: What is the warranty on my swimming pool surface?
This depends on whether the pool is new construction or a resurfacing project and what type of surface you've chosen. Our warranties are between one and three years for Plaster and Quartz finishes. Our Select Natural Pebble warranty is five years. Please call our office and we'll be happy to give you warranty details for your project.
